What if the frogs weren't the only things that got mutated?

I was kinda brainstorming on the idea of Maya getting mutated. I chose turtle but I had a couple of others too!

Anyways Maya wouldn't have gone with the team after leaving New York. She would have lead the orphans through the sewers and out of the city. After making sure they were safe she'd go to the farm house.

She'd make it in between the "A Foot too Big" and "Buried Secrets"

then em she would follow Mikey into the woods which leads to him over shooting his nunchuck throw and accidentally spilling mutagen on Maya.
