Here is a big thank you to all of you who had favorited this work! It is my first one to receive more than 50 favorites ^___^ I am so happy.

And after showing this image to few of my great friends (including Abdullah), I realize that many different (drastically) interpretations could be made from this work. Hence I am holding on to the poem/description that I have written for this work, given the viewers more freedom; after all, the viewers contribute to the value of an artwork just as much, if not more, as the artist herself.

After working on it for so long, and for several consecutive days and nights, and after forgetting to charge my laptop while still painting which resulted in corrupting and losing the original PSD file -

I am exhausted but happy. I was lucky to have saved the background as JPEG before the crush, so although I didn't have the original I could still add in the girl and finish it up as planned. I have also learned along the way new techniques and understood that a good artwork, like any success in life, is 99% sweat and 1% luck.

Still, compared to the people who I have gotten inspirations from, mostly (used many of his tutorials) and all the wonderful illustrators in the clubs I have joined, this is not yet a good work. I will keep working and learning. Hence, please give me comments and criticisms.
