Personality: Extreme fangirl of Rainbow Dash, Flash defends her against everyone. She loves her wings and almost never walk, because she fears to lose them. When she was a child, she had a bad time using her magic, and thanks to Princess Luna, she was saved, but unable to use her magic: she discovered that magic can be a very bad thing and do not want to hear about it anymore. However, her son Sapphire Light, who is a unicorn, is very talented for magic, and for that she is proud of him, but she is worrying for his health everytime. She is a bit overprotective, loyal to her friends and family, and wants everypony to know that Rainbow Dash is the best, greatest, awesomest, coolest, [...] and loyalest pony ever. She is extremly grateful to the colorful pegasus. Even if she does "fangirl-crisis" at home, when Rainbow Dash herself shows up, Flash becomes extremly shy and quiet. She hides in the shadow, looking at her idol, paralyzed, and hoping that one day, she will be as great as her... But not too great. Dashie is best pony after all.

Bio: When she was younger, Rainbow Flash was known as Lovely Light. She had the same purple coat as now, but she had a white mane and tail. One day, as she was in her bedroom, she heard an explosion. She ran towards the window and saw a beautiful rainbow blooming in the sky. That's where she felt that this rainbow was not natural. She believed it was created by a pegasus. An idea came to her mind, a crazy idea: she wanted to be a pegasus. It became soon her greatest dream, and though her parents were thinking that it was a bunch of nonsense, she started to study extremly hard magic to earn wings.

When Princess Luna came back from her banishment, Lovely Light had already discovered a spell that allowed her to create temporary wings for three days. She was flying in secret, away from her parent's stare. Everytime she wanted to create her butterfly wings (which means almost every three days), she invented all kind of excuses and did not hesitated to miss school. She thought that her magic granted her what she wanted, and so she didn't had to learn anymore.

But one day, the young unicorn used her spell, again. And this time, it did not go as planned. Maybe it was a minor error, maybe she wasn't concentrating enough. But her horn suddenly cracked, and her magic boomed into her room. She opened her eyes, and she discovered her greatest mistake: her body was now hard, like a rock, her mane wasn't on her head anymore... But she had a rainbow tail, which made her a bit happier. But she knew she could not stay like this. Her parents came to her room and saw her: they called quickly a doctor to heal their daughter, but to save her, it needed a much more powerful magic. They called the Princesses to the rescue, and it was Luna who came. She asked the poor unicorn "Why have you done this?". Lovely Light explained everything: the rainbow, the wish to have wings, the magic... With a smile, the Princess told to her that she could heal her... But she'll need a little help. The young unicorn said that she could take all the magic she wanted, she doesn't wanted it, all she wanted were wings. Lovely Light fell into a deep sleep...

And when she woke up, she was back to normal. Exept she had a rainbow tail... And wings! She didn't had any single drop of magic in her body but she had wings! SHE HAD WINGS! Her parents were completly mad at this transformation, so she flew away and discovered Cloudsdale, city of pegasi. The young flyer competition had just begun, and she sat to watch it. She saw Rainbow Dash, the one who helped Princess Luna to come back to normal, flying to save her friend, and she saw it... The Sonic Rainboom. And she remembered. The explosion, the rainbow coloring the sky, Luna saving her. Everything was made by one pony, and this pony was right here, drawing rainbows as her wings moved her in the air. Rainbow Dash had marked her entire destiny. As soon as she realized it, she felt a huge bliss, and her cutie mark appeared.

She then met her husband, she had her children, and she never stops thanking Rainbow Dash.
