Fun fuckin fact, i'm an idiot and Roderich was INTENDED to be a gunmerc/gunsona a la engel-braucht-schlaft/Angel's gunmerc designs, but i got so carried away with explaining him/his backstory and the Australium thing that he spiraled into a whole seperate thing-

SO ANYWAY- here's his actual gunmerc design! He's based on the stock Medigun, so I kinda went with the idea of a medic who's seen countless battles, very experienced/higher ranking/quick-witted/etc. and tried to make his outfit design based around high ranked military officers, hence the resemblance to the Colonel's Coat with the gold trim and all. I really like the emblem design c: I had a lot of fun playing around with his energy field, trying to 'balance' it was interesting and drawing it gave me an excuse to practice that sort of effect! Gear kinda helped with giving some advice c: I spent the better part of my Saturday drawing this and I'd say it was worth it

For anyone curious, this is considered to be canon to Roderich's info, and falls somewhere between the Australium incident and his eventually retirement from BLU on his little timeline c:
