I finally got round to customizing my talking Celestia, I mean pink HASBRO...really?! Heres the original if u haven't seen it [link]Before I go on a total rampage I'd like to thank ~cookhuman who is truly the queen of pony customs. Her help made this custom possible esp her hints about what to do with the wings. Her custom is at least a gazillion times better than mine so give hers some love : [link]
So her body, hooves, crown etc were all done with layer upon layer of Americana Craft paint. And gloss was applied to the gold areas to make them shine. I mixed the final layer of white with some gloss to give her bodywork a slight shine. Her cutie mark sucks i know, little details still evade me.
Her wings were done with "non stitch" fabric, the kind that just sticks along with white feather details. I have an image of the wings close up if anyone wants it.
She still lights up, moves and talks

I have a list of out of character and girly phrases the original Talking Princess Celestia doll said.

No I didn't tamper with voice box, i agree the phrases they gave her were ridiculous, and some incredibly vain XD But no, I know of a few people who changed the voice box, but i didnt want to break her so I left it.

Wow this looks way better than the one Hasbro brought out. When I bought it for my niece I was disappointed it didn't come out right. But, anyway great job!

Amazing! This looks way better then the orginal! I mean yes Celestia is somewhat pink. You can tell by her outline, but shes not full out pink like Pinkie Pie. I was rather upset when I found out Hasbro made her pink

Yay! You did it! She looks fabulous! You did a really great job with the full body repaint...it looks very smooth. The wings are unique and are quite lovely. I am so happy that my info was helpful. And thanks a million times for crediting me and linking to my Celestia. I truly appreciate it.
P.S. You are pretty good at this custom pony thing...you should try some others.
