Lily's wand was made of willow, 10.25 inches long, it was swishy and good for Charms work. We never found out what the core was but I always pictured her with a unicorn tail hair ^^
As far as I'm aware, Snape's wand wasn't described in the books... But it was long and black in the movies

Teenagers aren't as difficult as kids, I would say. Your young snape *could* be thirteen. but a lot of people, especially boys, look young at thiteen. Teenagers have more adult features, so I imagine it won't be as difficult for you. best of luck!

Yes, I don't envy Lily the decision she had to make, poor girl. Despite how it appears in canon, I can't help but feel that it was a very difficult and painful decision for her to make.

we can be sure she was pure and good in heart. The decision couldn't have been easy and we see in the book that she warned Severus more than often...But actually she was a Gryffindor and she needed a Gryffindor soulmate, I think. James was a better choice than Severus, I really believe it. I'm sorry for him, but he never was an ideal husband and father. And girls like Lily hunt for ideal marriage...Even if later in life, they can beg for passion or for help from powerful lonely men.

Nicely put. As girls and young women Lily's type do often hunt for ideal marriage, but then almost certainly desire the passion they find lacking later in life in the arms of men like Severus. Whether they choose to act on those desires usually depends on alot of factors, but I do believe that they grow to desire it. Being a stereotypical "good girl" myself, I can attest to this.
