A dream on paper.
It's kind of unfair to say that this image is flawless, because I haven't seen all of DeviantArt's deviations yet, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it is. I love this piece, not only for it's purity and artistic excellence, but also for it's cut-trough design and visionary composition and concept. The color-scheme is breathtaking. The colors are few but very fitting, and the transitions and lights are very subtle. I especially like the 'fading' snowflakes and the green-grey, textured and fading background. You've successfully created a winter's sky. The girl in this piece is beautifully portrayed, as you've managed to keep her purity and innocence intact. I personally think she looks more thoughtfull than curious. The ice-colored face is so detailed and smooth that I have troubles collecting my thoughts. The makeup and the light/shadow-effects is stunning. I especially like her eye, and the way you've done her hair. The 'fur-edge' on her white hood is elegant and obviously very carefully created.
The wide, white frame around the image is perfect, and gently guides the focus on the image without effort. The four squares in the bottom-right corner are nice details, and gives the viewer kind of a designer-look.
This piece is pure talent.. extremely professional. Thank you.

Thats gorgeous. Through all her dark makeup she looks like a complete innocent, staring up at the snowflakes falling like that. Beautiful and full of wonderful emotions. Great job on this.

how much blending did you do this time ???? j/k i think it came out pretty well. my advise about the size would be screw the people on 56k upload it anyways, i dont like it when you loose lots of detail just cause some people are on a slow connection

the spacing is wonderful. i particularily like the strands of hair you decided to have portruing out of her hood. it really works well connecting the snowflakes to the character. well done.
