No, this is not too dark at all. Even on monitor #2, which calibrates darker than my main display, this looks very good.
But Very Good is the least of the adjectives I feel like using to describe this. I hope you will package this up and send it immediately to White Wolf, along with the rest of your CV, and tell them you want a staff position starting at no less than 6 figs AND an expense account for Oreos and other misc. supplies.
