THIS is what has been keeping me offline all week. Its from a pencil illustration by RazorGeisha that he did several years ago and never inked or painted, despite my insistence. So I scanned it and did it myself. I like the pearlyness of his hair.Related content

The natural tone of the colors really adds to the piece and makes it seem as though this creature lives somewhere under the sea, and has not just been created to suit someone's ideal character. This, matched with the background of contrasting color, really makes the main figure stand out from the rest of the piece. The muscle definition and shading works to make the creature stand out even more.

Definitely an eye catcher you've got here.
Looks beautiful, especially the hair and construction of the face (The face is particularly well done). You have a great sense of anatomy. Despite the fact that you didn't make the base picture, I'd have to say most of the credit goes to you. Beautiful choice of colors and CG skill on this.
