Yes, I've finally uploaded again... for a good cause: to help you all once more drawing better and better!
I hope to all, this will help a bit, instead of the other tutorial I've made about the human anatomy, this ones a little different, but therefore better then the other one! ^^ So practice, I'd say, and enjoy the helpfullness of mine...

Something that's always got me: When you say count by heads, do you mean the original rough circle you start from, or after you have added the jaw line? I see either or all the time in books and other tutorials.

With 'head', I mean from the top of the skull to the chin, so yes, after adding the jaw line. If I would count with the original rough circle I would have mentioned so.
