wah she has no textures in my comp so i tried changing in to bmp by PMD and the name of the texture but it still wont work nyan~ TT-TT and when her pysics are on MMD is really slow nyan ><

Open your MMD and go to "Physical operation -> no calculation" and then, it should be ok with the model. Hm... I don't know,why it is problem with textures... Sorry...
