This is a brilliant redesign, though I'll admit that I'm not too crazy on the little tail-like protrusion over the rear wheel, but I absolutely love the rest of it.

I hate to be a downer bc it looks really cool. Unfortunately it would never work... the "dome" would be chopping off the riders head.

I like what you did with the rear wheel, but I don't think the design is balanced, since you've only added to the rear of the bike. Imagine the bike with a person sitting in it.
If, however, you modified the front and the position of the pedals so the driving position was laid-back, it might balance out. I guess that's what you were trying to do anyway, since the glass shield wouldn't make sense otherwise. It's just a little confusing with the aforementioned parts still in place.

Hey yours looks excellent, almost like a car, yours it's longer and have more muscle. congrats! Very good skill for illustrate, cause the lights and shines looks very convincent, specially the right tire and its system of brakes or whatever it is.
