+ Smooth Talker — Eowyn is extremely good at talking their way out of situations that they may not want to fight through. With a silver tongue, they're able to weave lies and half-truths into something wonderous-sounding.
+ Flexible — Eowyn is very good at changing plans on the fly if push comes to shove. If plan A doesn't work, they're quick to come up with a Plan B, C, and D if the situation calls for it. These plans aren't always the most thought out, but they're better than nothing!
+ Loyal — They are loyal, almost to a fault. If they deem you trust-worthy and one to be partnered with, you have their unwavering trust. If you prove yourself otherwise they will not hesitate to cut you down and bring you to their higher-ups.

/ Private — Despite their outward appearance, they don't really talk about themself of their past very often, and keep most of their thoughts to themself. If it isn't common knowledge you'd be hard-pressed to get info out of them.
/ Dominating — They tend to be the loudest presence in a room when they demand attention. And when they don't get that attention from their peers, they'll fight tooth and claw to get it.
/ Ambitious — They want to be on top. They'll do anything they need to to get there. Nothing is beneath them when it comes to doing what they want to.

- Compulsive Liar — Growing up in a band of liars and thieves made them a compulsive liar. Nine times out of ten you won't get a straight answer from them about small things, such as what their favorite food is or how they grew up. It's not so much a conscious thing then you never know who to trust.
- Aggressive — If talking their way out of something doesn't work, you better believe they have bite behind their bark. When not in the field or slipping out of trouble, they aren't above fighting dirty, or hitting you where it hurts if you piss them off.
- Haughty — The only reason they joined Team Rocket was to further boost their career and prowess. They don't really care for others below or their own rank, unless they have proven theirself useful or as a friend. This means they are not above stepping on everyone else's heads to get to the top.

Eowyn was born rather normally in the wild, though they were born on a lunar eclipse. Their parents were, much to many's confusions, a regular Eevee and an Sylveon. Being a superstitious bunch, their parents quickly left them to a group of traveling, nocturnal, Dark-Type pack of Pokemon. They weren't a friendly group, seeing as they were a group of bandits and thieves, led by a Mega Houndoom who was as vicious as he was loyal to his pack. Seeing this newly hatched Eevee, defenseless and weak, he felt a tug in his heart that brought forth a memory of himself in a similar situation, abandoned and alone. Vowing to not let this Eevee grow up without a family, he adopted them into the pack, where they brought them up as one of their own.

Then the time came for them to evolve; the moon's power, the call of the night, and the willingness to bend Darkness to their will battled with the pure love they felt, the unwavering familial bond with their pack. When the moon's face was turned red once again, they evolved, neither side winning out and causing their DNA to quickly adapt; A hybrid was then born in the light of the Blood Moon, somehow both a Sylveon and an Umbreon, one in the same.

Eventually, they decided to head out to carve their own path. With a slick paw and the ability to lie their way through most situations, they stole their way across the land, taking what they wanted and answering to no one. Unfortunately for them, one night, they end up trying to steal from a Rocket elite, and subsequently was caught. They had no idea who these self-proclaimed Team Rocket punks were, but they really did not like being tied up like some common Mudbray, thank you very much. When they freed themself, and once again set their sights on the stash of goods this group was carrying, this time they allowed themself to be caught again.

Eowyn set out the offer. They wanted to join this organization. They were a good thief, and nearly got away with none of these idiots knowing, so why not? The so-called leader of this small group of Rocket grunts agreed, and brought them back to the headquarters, where they now reside. All Eowyn wants to do is cause trouble, and this seems like a great way to do so. With an innocent face and a silver tongue, they're sure to get their way, and this just gives them the means to do bigger and better things.
