Description
DSC_10000 > DSC_6064.JPGThis was a Christmas parade car with Christmas lights on it. It zoomed past these people, creating a silhouette. My camera was on it's tripod and I used my manual 150-210(?) lens.
I forgot how long the shutter was open, but it's in the EXIF data on the JPG lol

I don't think I've heard of that brand. I asked because of the slight blur to the people closer to the edge of the photo, so I thought you might have used a macro lens of some sort.

Oh no, the camera was set to a long exposure time, and during that time all I did was turn the focusing on the lens a little bit, and that creates a blurry glow effect that your seeing.
Also, the blurry subjects on the right could have been walking, making it look like that as well.
