THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED WHEN I WAS PLAYING THE GAME.
I was just trying to get Raikov to go to the bathroom when I accidentally threw a rotten rat at his head. It somehow was the funniest thing to me.
Raikov looks like a pissed mom in here.

This drawing reminded me of one of the notes from Raikov's wikia page: "Not from Raikov himself, but two radio conversations with Major Zero regarding the Raikov mask and the Raikov disguise, when equipped will have Zero and Snake stating that Zero, "for some reason, hates it," and Snake felt it was "nostalgic", and later that the disguise was "irritating [Zero] already" with the rebuke that it "should make [Snake] more popular", referring to the controversial circumstances regarding Raiden replacing Solid Snake for the main story in Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. During the Virtuous Mission, he tells Snake that, should he ever encounter Raikov during the mission, he "beat the crap out of him.""
