Katsuko looks so much like Hazuki it's hard to tell it's not actually her (main difference being red hair/green eyes) ._.Anyway she's dressed up as Hazuki Fujiwara from Doremi Dokkan! because I loved that show when I was a kid
I actually started this drawing like two weeks ago but I didn't have time to finish it until now so I'm glad there's an extention!
EDIT: Reuploaded with less textures because I realised I killed most of the colours with them
