Pink Dream Diamond is another member of the Council of Elementals, and she is a kind, caring diamond. Her court mediates between the other Diamond's (and their courts) for the most part, doing their best to keep peace within the council. Dreamy can emit a mist which puts other gems to sleep, though how well the mist works varies with each gem.

She prefers gems of pink, red, or purple colors, though she may allow gems of other colors into her court. Dreamy does not tolerate violence within her own court, nor major conflict. If a gem disrupts the peace, they could be asked to leave the court. All court members must wear her symbol, which is a white crescent moon (like her gem) with a pink diamond in the middle.
