Getting better with the shading?
Original drawing is again with 2B and 4B pencil on paper.

The shading is pretty good. The hair should have more form though. You need more light values in the hair.
The lips are drawn well. Just more deeper values.
Also, the face needs more dimention. The values of the face don't stop at the edge of where the hair begins. The photo doesn't show the contrast well, but, it is still there.
The piercing has too much dominance compared to the skin.
So far, it is a good start. It just needs more shading.
