Natural traits/design notes:

-Unable to fly - she can glide instead. She uses her wings as fins when swimming.

-Wathara, like every dragon from her planet, can breathe fire. Her fire stream creates lots of sparks - it looks kind of like sparks created during metal welding.

-Her fins and scales are expressive - She can move her fins up and down; Her scales can go up as well when she is experiencing some stronger emotions. Her scales can also slightly change colors, just like in lizards - when she's stressed or in pain, her scales will get slightly darker than usual.
The scales that are sticking out of her body on the picture with her fullbody have a darker colored tip, they mostly stay up and are moved closer to her body only when she swims, or wants to express certain emotions [fear, being in pain, sadness].

-Her eyes work basically like cat eyes. Her left eye doesn't dilate much, and she can't see very well on that eye - the picture is blurred.

-Her front paws/hands are dexterous.

-Wathara has underdeveloped venom glands in her jaws, the venom can be injected when she bites someone, but it doesn`t do much damage - it creates a small swelling that vanishes an hour or two after the venom was injected.

-Good diver - as an individual with water dragon ancestry, Wathara inherited nostrils with special structures that can close the nostril when Wathara`s in water. She also has some mucus producing glands under her scales, that start creating a thick slime when she enters the water, making swimming easier for her. She also has nicitating membranes in her eyes. She`s able to hold her breath for a considerable amount of time, too.

-Strong jaws - despite her not being extremely good at hunting alone because of her disability, Wathara has quite strong jaws that could easily break a bone of an animal. She makes a good use of them when she hunts.

-Good sense of smell and hearing -Wathara`s sight isn`t the best, but she compensates it with her good hearing and sense of smell.

-Her fins and wing membranes regenerate rather quickly if taken good care of, the fact that one of them is ripped is due to the fact that she was young when the trauma was inflicted and her immune system had to deal with a nasty infection. Same goes for the scars on her eye, usually she`s covered in lots of small scarrings that regenerate in a matter of days or weeks if the scarring is deeper, but only if they won`t get infected.

Personality:
Human-level intelligence. Usually calm and collected, quite nice to hang out with. The ones who got to know her better know that she is in fact a little bit lonely - her being a crossbreed made her feel a bit like an outcast. She usually acts very friendly around people she trusts - her more "relaxed" side starts to show, she will act like a huge cat and sometimes like a dumbass if she trusts you enough. She does, however, have some anger issues, that sometimes act up, especially if someone's being agressive towards her or people she cares about.
