Not trying to be mean but you can't make a vector with something like paint too sai. What you have right there is just a normal image, you have to use a vector art program to make vectors. Any of these will do: Adobe Fireworks, Adobe Flash, Fatpaint, Inkscape, and OpenOffice.org Draw. Sorry to bother you
