so the districts and the cities of hell are different; the districts are areas and the cities are well- cities. Copper city is close to the industrial district, and they use copper for mostly everything; currency, utensils, and it serves as a replacement for every metal. The rest of hell doesn't use copper as it's not very valuable, so copper city is basically really poor.

In the industrial district, they mine coal and other minerals, use them to make weapons and other things. They extract from earths core, because that's basically what supplies hell.

The ice district is mainly for feral demons, the only other demons that live there are the ones in snowdrift city. most of them are middle class or high class, but it's a relatively big city, the rest of the district is mostly wasteland.

leaden city serves more as a marketplace. It's a hotspot for merchants since it's so close to the industrial district. Crime rates here are definitely higher.

The dark district is mostly feral demons.

Some backstory:

copper city use to belong to the dark district but alas was given to the industrial district in exchange for goods. the industrial district was originally just the fire district, but after discovering the energy that earths core provides along with all the minerals found there, more and more factories were built there.

The capital is mostly upper class
