Here’s my stupid crossover thing finished. A huge step up from the sketch thanks to Photoshop. I went for a colouring style similar to the ones used in both shows, because they were both done by a similar development team. I did my best to fuse the costumes, but because Senketsu is hardly even there in the first place, I didn’t have much of him to add in besides the kamina cape / Senketsu arm band and and the colour of red on the jacket.
who even needs backgrounds amirite

what if every human character on kill la kill were the child of a character from gurren lagan though
think kill la kill reinterpreted as a next generation sequel series to gurren lagann
jsut for kicks bring in the animal alien mutant themed cast of characters from ninja turtles biker mice from mars and gargoyles and street sharks and swat cats jsut for the opportunity to set them up as a all beast man heroic later generation counterpart to the original team dai gurren hell even bring in the cast of attack on titan while were at it all fusion fic universe wise
hel while were at it bring in a female kamina from a opposite sex parallel universe jsut to add extra spice to the mix setting here up wiht the girls from kill la kill gurren lagan and attack on titan so they can form thier own group of feminine fatal commandoes too

I think of KLK being prequel to TTGL. You can even see prototype Ganmen (Dotonbori Robo / DTR) and Dai-Gun (Honnouji Academy Final Defence Apparatus / Defcon System, which has very Ganmen-like controls) here. Won't be surprised, if Simon is distant descendant of Ryuko.
