finally decided to make one with the color change trait

Personality/Info: WIP
-he is the owner of Baywater Haven, a sort of neutral zone safehouse/bar/club/hotel idk underground type of place? Garrarg helps him run this "fine" establishment.
-he somehow manages to look surprisingly non-threatening despite being a rather large fella.
-underneath the facade of authority, he is an old and tired individual who just wants the best for everyone.
-his right eye socket is empty, and produces a trail of pastel smoke; usually keeps that eye closed.
-has the color change ability; the only things that don't change colors are eyes, teeth, flesh/innards, and underbelly, everything else is free game
-standard palettes are the mint and cyan ones; most common
-retrowave palette shows up when he's stressed/agitated; not seen too often
-mono-gold palette is used when he needs to hide his true feelings/emotions; somewhat common
-whiteout palette shows up with extreme emotions, such as unbearable pain or blinding rage; is rarely seen
