It's Shadow/Highlight tool as usual. No airbrush, I only tweaked Tone Width and Radius sliders (plus gradual filter of course). The original was very dark and looks very frustrating but I knew what I'd do with PS so, it was intentional. Should I send the original to my Scraps?

It's Shadow/Highlight tool as usual No airbrushing but lots of Tonal Width and Radius. The orginal seems very dark and frustrating but I get used to it. This was what I had in mind when tooking the picture, so it was intentionally dark. Should I send the original to my scraps?

I don't know to describe it

it's very bright, very sharp
looks very realistic !

The only thing that I don't understand is the glow at the edge of the building
it looks strange

I think those halos will be my trademark! It's a result of Shadow/Highlight adjustments and intentional. And I added a gradient orange filter here.
