Hmm I have built a super star destroyer and some normal star destroyers in the same scale and was thinking about a background like that but no one I know can do it or says they cant do it in photoshop :/ Could be due to I have taken photos of the models and they need to be digitally added to a space background but to some I know they say it would look too bad :/

Just try to photograph your spaceships. The others have always talked well!
Just buy a space-üoster, spray it with Matt-Varnish and ...make phgotographs.
You can do it !

Wonderful job. Did you base coat with a dark colour first, the dry brush the lighter top coat? Or did you finish coat and use a dark wash for the detail?

Jepp, first undercoat with middle grey (army painter), then a thin layer light grey, later its time for the grey ink, drybrush with white/grey layer.Finally chipping color ...
Ooops i forgot the Matt varnish and for the cockpit gloss varnish with blue ink
