This is Volt from the Star Fox Universe.He's a good guy fighting for Star Fox and General Pepper.
He's the wolf that can be fast as lightning and assists Star Fox when he feels like it.

While this looks cool, those are Mega Man 8 sprites.
If you were simply misguided and just need the Starfox sprites, they’re here under Fox McCloud (for full character) and Menu & Map (for mugshots)

Ah, I've never heard of Star Fox in a while, and I looove those games, all of them except Command, which was a mess! I've really been wanting to do a Star Fox RP.
