absolutely love the concept art for this character, but the abilities might need work. The shift could be a alt fire (clicking the right mouse button once to switch between fires) then having the dash be LSHIFT and the E be maybe a AOE slow or a debuff or some sort so you can combo it better with her ult which maybe could be turn into projectiles, cause it's a bit to similar to Genji. I dont see any problem with her Q tbh. She could deal less damage than genji and be Area attacks unlike him.
I'd say she could be lil bit more resistent to damage, deal less damage than genji and get faster attack speed
