Wooloo does look like it could be a gen 1 pokemon, if I didn't know pokemon and saw this, I'd assume it would be.

thanks! yea i think so too, i guess it's because wooloo's design is more plain than other pokemon designs from latest generations and that's helps to blend the pokemon into a gen1 or 2 style~
