Okay, this one is going to take some 'splainin."Buttercup Sprinkles" is a character in a Cartoon Fail short parodying the original My Little Pony series, and that's who this is based on. Buttercup Sprinkles is also named-checked in the title of another pony parody, a live action short for a movie about colorful, magical ponies taking over the world made a couple of years before MLP:FiM (ironic, huh?). No idea if the one was inspired by the other; there was no actual official pony called Buttercup Sprinkles as far as I know.

Um, yeah. I'm still practicing making vectors, and I needed a subject. So here's a G4 version of Buttercup Sprinkles, with a somewhat happier ending than the video.

That video sucked horseshit; I even flagged it (and Cartoon Fails sucks anyway and even fails big time trying to be funny). I know parodies ain't supposed to be taken seriously, but it's so bad that it actually made me sick to my stomach; it was NOT funny, and I'm even going to say mildly disturbing.
None of that would have happened in G1 at all.
