So here's the finished pattern test for the upcoming beanie pattern. I'm quite happy with it! I finished her off as Firefly, the G1 pony that inspired Rainbow Dash.Another picture showing her size: [link]
Not the best picture since it was getting dark here, but I was too excited to wait. I'll upload better pics when I get a chance.

How does the mane respond to being comb? is resistant?

I don't think combing it would be a good idea. It's more fragile than faux fur.

aww what a shame :/ looks perfect for the pony my niece asked from me. She wants a companion for the first one i made for her but she also wants to be able to comb his hair (a stallion)

Well, maybe if she used one of those little solid plastic brushes that come with dolls - the ones that don't have bristles? A real brush would tear the feathers out, I'm afraid.

The B plan is to use yarn, it can't be combed with a normal brush but at least is strong
