Oh, then maybe I should explain - Turnabout Storm is a 4part YouTube series that is a fanmade crossover between MLP and Ace Attourney. Wait Wait Don't Tell Me is a radio quiz show that plays every weekend on NPR. In this particular episode, Former President Bill Clinton had to answer questions on MLPFiM. The final of the three questions was "What was the ponies most powerful foe?" with the choices being A) Krastos the Glue Maker, B) Nightmare Moon (obviously B), or C) The Cynnical Adult, Chuck. I did get the hoof-glue reference. What I don't get is what that has to do with the "Evil Cyborg" Derpy. The last panel doesn't flow too well with the others for me. It just seems so abrupt and random.
