i keep coming back to this. it's the tones, colors, everything you've done and used. i'm not a fan with dogs that have hair, but you made it acceptable in this case.

Lol, I like...can't stand dogs with like long-flowy lion manes. It's hard to make dogs have hair and to make it look...well, not all fhdfhdhdesudesu. When I give my dogs hair I make it like sheepdog-esque lol.

This is gawjuss. Those colors are amazing and the background is beautiful.
Rue is one of the coolest characters, and you managed to make him realistic but still very true to himself.
Maybe it's just me but his expression makes him look like he's contemplating his own awesomeness.
