Just wanted to draw scene where shiranui stands up and refuses to die after fight with Nechku and lechku. I have always wanted to draw that scene and when I browsed throught Okami fanarts I get so inspirated that... hmm... yeah xD I had to start drawing.
Oki and amaterasu were not in original sketch but somehow they wangled themselves in there xD

I've never played Okami, but have obviously seen loads of fanart for it? What is it exactly? What's the general idea of the game? (If you don't mind me asking

4 days later but hey.
The basic premise is you are a goddess who needs to bring back beauty into a world corrupted by demons and such. It really is a truly marvelous game and storyline with some epic characters. And, of course, the art style is one of the most unique you're going to find around.
If you've got a PS3, I'd wait a while to get it as they are apparantly bringing out a HD version of it on the PSN come Fall.
