Vooore! OuO This was the only piece I could do in class without being questioned, but it feels great to have a real vore piece done. Snakey me has consumed a little (or not so little) Kyle snack, hence the belly bulge. And hey, it feels AWESOME to bask in the sun after a big meal!Related content

Such a very very beautiful snake head there
Heheh, I'd be lost without my tablet ^^
Even when I'm not doing a lot of art, I just feel so empty without having it...
But, I did manage some art without it:

Freaking awesome O.O
How do you do pictures like this, without lines and yet things aren't all blurred-ugly?

Oh my gosh. The snake sona came out of your coping with "Cabin in the Woods", right? I just saw it for the first time yesterday (I love you Joss Whedon; in a respectful/platonic way) and now this is here in my inbox and I'm all hahahaha coincidences/timing and when I saw the giant snake om nom nom in the movie and was like "Panda!" 8D Run on sentences for the win. owo Also, that movie would have been quite different if they had to run from a murderous unicorn instead of redneck zombies. o.o
I heart the way you paint. Gimme yo secrets. O^O

Hahaha hooray for coincidences! 8D And Joss!
That just made my day, that you thought of me when the snake popped out. XD Scary things are much less scary when you're imagining a derpy friend instead of a killer monster I guess?
That's true! O.O I think I would've preferred the unicorn.
Ahhm.... lines? ouo; I typically sketch, lineart (though I didn't for this one), put in the flat colors, then make a whole layer of dark purple (my fave shading color), change the opacity to like, 50% or lower, then erase away where it's light!

Snake vore is the only kind of vore that you can do out in public and you don't have to worry about other people calling you a freak

VoraciousPanda In reply to LEgGOdt1 [2013-05-21 21:15:46 +0000 UTC]
Yea, exactly! The only comment someone made about it was that it reminded them of Rikki Tikki Tavi (a story about a snake and a mongoose) which I don't mind at all.

Aww so very cute~ A lovely shading style, and a highly appealing bulge! Not too big, but just the right size, and lumpy yet smooth X3
Haha, and I love the title. Basking ^^ Such a lovely word.
Basking in the sun after a big meal~ Love that too~
Oooh and I just noticed the saliva!
*wonders if you ever do commission-y things*

Thank you very much! I had a lot of fun drawing this one. I miss doing digital vore art! ='< I'm warming up to drawing snake vore. ^^ Human vore is still my favorite, but nomming people in my snake form is fun too!
Heh, sorry, I don't. I can only access my digital art program in school, and that's ending in a week! Plus I don't want my classmates to see me draw vore and think I'm a freak. ;>///>

RaeThalis In reply to VoraciousPanda [2013-05-21 00:07:00 +0000 UTC]
Where/when did you draw the others? D:
At school too?
Haha, well anyway... Maybe someday yes? ^^ You has such a nice and cute style X3 Very appealing~
Also what program are you using? There's always (Bleh) GIMP if you can't afford Photoshop or Autodesk Sketchbook
Snake vore definitely has its charms - as do all predators. I think with snakes part of their appeal lies in the bulges their prey makes, and that the predator can feel their movements so much better than say a dragon or a lion or etc which have more spacious stomachs.

VoraciousPanda In reply to RaeThalis [2013-05-21 00:11:34 +0000 UTC]
I drew the others before my own computer died. <='P
Yea, maybe someday! I might open up for commissions once I get a new computer and dp digital art again. ^^ I use ArtRage. I love it! 8D
Yea! I can definitely understand why that's appealing. I love nice bulges and wiggle prey. I also like the fact that as a snake, I'm more stretchy and can unhinge my jaws, making it easier to eat bigger prey. I think the biggest reason I love human vore most though is because giant/tiny is my biggest fandom. ouo I just love the idea of being big! ^^

RaeThalis In reply to VoraciousPanda [2013-05-21 00:20:52 +0000 UTC]
Aww sorry to hear that
ArtRage! That's a name I don't hear often
Never really looked into it before
Mmm the unhinging jaws myth ^^
Real snakes don't unhinge or dislocate their jaws at all. Rather, the left and right halves of their jaws can stretch apart to better engulf large prey. Their jaws never unhinge or are otherwise detached from their skull - but it does look that way.
Of course fantasy-species' of snakes don't need to adhere to that reality, but most people I talk with tend to believe the "Snakes can dislocate their jaws" idea, which simply isn't true in real life ^^

VoraciousPanda In reply to RaeThalis [2013-05-21 00:57:29 +0000 UTC]
Wow, I never knew that! O.O Well, thank you for telling me. ^^ Anyways, I do like the fact that they can swallow large prey. =3 I do love me some nice bulges!

RaeThalis In reply to VoraciousPanda [2013-05-21 01:31:55 +0000 UTC]
*nods* It's a pretty common misconception ^^
Mm yes~ Big meals can be swallowed with them flexible twisty jaws X3
Apparently the jaws are the biggest limitation in what a snake can down in one go - the stomach has a large capacity, but with their jaws having a smaller limit, they don't often get to utilize their stomach's stretchiness to its fullest potential ^^
And yussss noodly creatures provide some of the best bulges, and they only need one meal to get them!

VoraciousPanda In reply to RaeThalis [2013-05-21 01:55:29 +0000 UTC]
Really? Huh, I'm not surprised! I wonder how much a snake could eat if it wasn't limited by its jaws...
Yea! 8D I also like the fact that you can SEE the prey moving. =3
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
RaeThalis In reply to VoraciousPanda [2013-05-21 02:05:44 +0000 UTC]
Heheh yup there's not much inbetween the scales and the prey - so there's plenty of stretching and visible wiggling ^^
Ah and before I forget: [link]

RaeThalis In reply to VoraciousPanda [2013-05-21 11:32:44 +0000 UTC]
You're welcome~
Haha, another thing that snakes have going for them is that they can use the bulges their prey makes as pillows! Pythons do that a lot when they swallow prey - They'll coil up in a comfortable spot and rest their chin on the bulge in their belly. So cute! Snakes know how to live in comfort X3
[link] <--- Is a pretty cute image showing that (He used a royal python / ball python as the example.)
