I’ll try put this together as short as I can.

so yesterday I seen darz put up personally information about me on twitter, ‘black list’ me etc after seeing I refund the last picture he did for me which I’ll explain myself here

1. Why the refund?
1a because he lied about me paying which money was never the problem to me I was hoping get PayPal to get him contact him for me which if I did get refund I still wanted get him the money for the work just wanted apology and be unblocked.other thing I like add is he posted personal information about me when I sent apologies even when I paid 46 to him

2. PayPal in this
2a so I explained to them about everything and wanted darz still get the money so they sent half then told me if darz did reply I win the case. I put this in and got half on feb 9 then got refund on February 19 for rest because he didn’t answer PayPal.

3. Comment on what he said here
3a- he said he force me to pay but before said I only paid 25 as I posted I sent 23 in two different deposits on same day in just few mins apart.

Last thing
so i might update this more but I like ask I need help on this from my friends and fans I’ve had my wrongs in this but I tried right my wrongs in this. Due to all this idk about how the raffle will come I still plan to do it.

Last last thing- so this whole thing been on my mind it’s been hard I hate that darz being like this which yes I did put refund but didn’t think he follow that even see I dud pay 46 dollars for the commission but no I try be nice about all this, I got him Christmas gift and more then what he do? Doesn’t trust I would get him the money not even talk to me about it even if I couldn’t get it right away I would 100 percent make sure he gets pay I wouldn’t do that to anyone else I be buying because not only as artist I want grow to get more friends and fans but a trusted artist thst others can trust with almost anything. There’s so much I want say but I feel with this whole thing is like a book at this point I think I said all that I want say I hope you all don’t think badly of me in anyway and will be by my side in my time of need I need all the support and help that I can get from everyone.

so I might be doing repeat with this but I want make it more clear
so with refund getting my money back wasn’t even my plan or what I wanted so I had hope goimg PayPal they might do something when I came to them about posts about me paying only 25 not paying full I had told them 3 times I got art but they decided to do refund but upon if darz reply but because he didn’t I won the case which they gave him weeks to reply to them which honestly I didn’t think he let refund happen which even if I got my money I rather darz get his money for the art he made.
