They do share some similarities, like blood colour and the male wears a shirt with a vest.
But they also have their differences, too, like signs, and hair. And there are some clothes differences, like the rest of Katura's outfit, which isnt shown, is based off of this [link] ; and the rest of Dwayne's outfit is Horrace D'Obscene's outfit (Dwayne's an Amateur Surgeon fantroll).
