Man, at least I made a new picture before the New Year, eheh. I've been playing the game Sonic Colors, it really is a great game and quite a lot of fun, my favorite part being the final boss and it's music.I have been wanting to make fan art of it for some time and finally went through with it. I am very pleased with this picture, despite shading being simpler than what I usually try to do, I think it makes it stand out more and made an actual background. It was drawn on paper and colored in OpenCanvas, hope you like it.

This is really pretty; & while the shading is simple, it's in all the right places and that's what matters!

This came out beautifully. Nothing wrong with simple shading, I actually like this style alot.
The detailing of the planet looks very nice, too. All in all a great picture, a well earned fav.
