I made this wallpaper a while ago, like a month ago at least. Anyways here it is now, and I've also spawned a few different colour versions of it (with additional tweaks) so I'll upload that pack soon. I made this with the help of a fractal too. The fractal helped make the effect possible, I might post it up standalone some time. The rest is just Photoshop magic. It's pretty nifty, as it looks like the center has dragons (the long flying graceful type) flying around in a circular pattern.
