Phew, finally done, this one took me so long, because like with my other entries, I had so many ideas I wanted to do and couldn't decide, but I got there in the end.

I chose to do something from my culture, a Jiangshi (殭屍 - Stiff Corpse), which is a Chinese vampire/zombie, although some may argue they are less like vampires and purely zombies. Jiangshi come to be when a soul inhabits a dead body and comes to life (this can happen with many differnt ways). Because the body is a corpse (depending on the stage of decomposition), they don't have a large range of motion so they hop everywhere instead of walking due to Rigor Mortis causing stiff joints.

I thoroughly enjoyed drawing for the IP Pageant this year, it was a lot of fun, although I did feel burnt out during the end rounds, but I'm glad I managed to push through.

I might join in the fun again next year!
