trust me , you just need so gently shove it between the skull and eyestalk and you easily manuver it , till it pops out , i;ve been doing this for lots of time and it didn;t snap yet

I very vividly remember taking a steak knife as an 8-year-old child and attempting to pry apart the pieces. They did come apart, but at the cost of gouging out a bigass laceration in the side of my finger and then dripping plenty of blood that my dogs had rather frighteningly were more than excited to lick up.

i developed a method to do this fairly easily: what i would do is take a small screwdriver and force the brain out by pushing through the eye-socket.
Β The first time i tried it i was worried it would gauge the plastic, but thankfully it left no marks.

I also did it once, I needed blue brain to complete my Teridax set.

Made this back in 2008. The worst thing was that after couple of times the rare Nui-Jaga balljoint with those rails piece broke under the pressure.

Or there is a alternate way to remove that brainstock, now, I learned from flickr from a one guy, who actually put a long axle part to the brainstock, similiar way how you did it. Then to remove it, you have to just use long system brick to put between of axle (while its connected to brainstock) and mata head. After that you just try to press a long system brick the it should pop them up.
I felt that you did your own way, and it is a 50/50 chance to breake it (if it's not worn out part). But oh well, you did the way and it worked.

connect something to the brainstalk (make sure this piece won't break easily), then! take a long axle, stick it into the mouth hole and push as hard as you can. thank me later.
