This is a commissioned piece I did for my friend, now husband here on DA because he is friggin AWESOME and he is my everything.....
<3 We talked about the pose, color and lighting ahead of time and I think it came out rather nicely considering Ive NEVER drawn Reeve before. XDI borrowed the pic of Midgar from a square pic, resized it and did some perspective and rotation stuffs to it then added lightning and smoke effects. Otherwise its all mine.
(Reeve I mean) Please enjoy and I hope to the gods that I did Reeve justice. ZOMG hes a hot man. LOL

I LOVE this piece! Probably one of the best Reeve fanarts I've ever seen (he dreserves more love -LOL)
Artistically speaking, I specially like the combination of the human figure with the landscape outside the window. It's a nice contrast and yet the whole picture is harmonious. For me at least it feels like a classy photograph.

Honestly? It's one of my favourite pictures of all time. Not only is it Reeve (which is win all by itself), but you capture a style and panache in him that is utterly gorgeous. I love the soft edges and Midgar? Absolutely brilliant... The man and his city =

I mean, this picture! O___O It just screams "Look how handsome he is, you know you want him too<3" And boy, have I already anwered that call. I'm beyond words, a drooling pool of fangirl goo on the floor. I just wanna crawl to his feet and latch onto them, and never EVER let go O__O<3<3
Okay, and if I have to be unfair and give you some negative comments (which is hard, because this picture is so amazing) I'd say that the picture of the plant on the background is a bit too sharp, especially when considering the lovely, mystical blurry look on Reeve (which I love, btw<3)
Okay, I'll stop ranting how great this picture is and leave you alone now.... not before I say this one more time, though: I FUCKING LOVE THIS PICTURE TH DEATH AND I LOVE YOU TOO FOR MAKING IT!!!!Now if you'll excuse me, I need to find something to un-liquify my brain with.
