Noel kicks really, really high. Pose is based on Asuka Kazama's Toecutter/Toe Kick.I felt like redoing the high kick drawing I drew before, because it looked kind of ugly and doesn't look like a real fighting move.
There were some extra doodles but I don't feel like sharing them.
Edit 4/9/10: I originally intended to leave this as just a sketch, but looking at it again I think it deserves better so you know what, moving it to my regular art bin (and a hastily made background to go with it).

Those arms are kinda awkward compared to her legs, don't you think? I mean, I'm sure it's all proportionately measured and all but... they seem so short.

Actually her legs are overall much longer than her upper body in general. This was before I finally realized that the crotch is (at least when standing normally) exactly at the center of a character's total height.

I feel bad the first thing that popped in my head was,"how is that skirt not getting tossed around by the motion?" Followed shortly by, "that fur on her boots is really....spiky. yeah I know, nit picking. I still hate how good you are at coloring. for the sake of asking, how long do you reckon this took to color?

Not very long. It usually takes me much longer to ink the lineart than it does to colour it.

I so need a damn tablet. it takes me so long to color stuff that I don't try to clean the lineart much.
