Stacy said check you out, so I am checking you out. If she says somebody is a good artist, her opinion carries a lot of weight with me.
So after CHECKING YOU OUT my honest opinion. I think a little more eye shadow under the right eye and you sure could use some more color. LOL!
It is never good to rely on humor to break the ice. But What the hell. Honestly my opinion is that you're an incredible illustrator. Illustrators are artists. But not all artists are good illustrators and you're an incredible illustrators. A good illustrator is worth 10 artists. I love your work.

BTW... have you seen the long discussion that is taking place at gutterzombie regarding the Disney job? Have you applied? I applied and I think that I'm in the OK pile, there are lots of people with a lot of experience, it's weird that so many people is just in the OK pile, but well, everybody has his/her own place in the industry, what the hey! If not with Disney we'll be able to get something great in a different place, it's just a matter of not giving up and everything will show off at last

i have seen it but doestn applied...at the moment i have some maybe jobs and i want to wait before i apply for a new job offer.....and ok is for me not bad the problem is i think he has something special in mind and dont telled which style he want to have...do you worked on his lineart? would be nice to see them

ah, he told us to follow issue 1 as a reference to do the test. He wanted us to do the same coloring style but enhancing it, doing it better. I will show the sample at gutterzombie and post it here if the guy allows me to do so. Cross fingers

bah! didn't got the job, nevermind. I followed the style guide and the winner didn't follow it at all, if I would have known that I would have done it in my own style. My tryout was awful because the reference was awful too, anyway, I will have more time for myself, which is good too
