when I write down baxter stockman for my TMNT film idea my one actor would be David  Oyelowo who would of been the head of a company and kidnaped splinter when he was still human and test the Mutagen on him tuning him in to a rat

Your Rat King is going to be amazing . . . I can just sense it!  I hope you take some cues from his original action figure and have lots of insects and rats accompanying him!

And I was hoping you'd do a Punk Frog too.  Good to hear that.  I love many of the unique character designs the old TMNT cartoon introduced in its 2nd season... one of which being the Punk Frogs.   Triceraton was also probably my favorite looking villain design as a kid since I loved dinosaurs dearly.  Too bad the T-tons remained semi-obscure until the 4Kids cartoon.
