Well most cameras actually have a setting in the advanced advanced SUPER advanced settings (dont know why) that will tell the camera you wanna take an up-close picture, and it'll be like "oh, okay, i'll take close-ups, not far-outs"... if that made any sense?
~Edit: What kind of camera do you use, because I have a good bit of experience with lots of different cameras.
