Edit: Added more snow & sharpened. Sorry for the late! Battle #2: Armand & Vivian Masters VS. Zen Muller & Lucian in the alps~! points to blanc?
This is my first time painting snowy mountains/alps. @_@ I'm not completely satisfied but I think they turned out all right. Still got a lot to learn though. I used a photo reference but made up every peak/valley/shadow myself. I've always wanted to be able to do environments, so here's a try! Also used a few custom brushes from ~Blinck ! Do check out his amazing environment speeds.

I just can't describe how fantastic your artwork is, really. You did such an amazing breathtaking job with the background and the coldness feels so real. Your shading is phenomenal and I just adore how it all comes together. Magnificent, truly!

yes >u< I watched some traditional painters paint mountains on canvas on youtube and looked through a lot of environments in different styles like the ones by ~Blinck , the guy I got the brushes from, before I started painting this >u<

Aesomely beautiful work. I would say the only thing that stands out to me is the hand, it seems almost still cel-shaded and not as detailed as the rest of the picture. That background <3
