I'm a little late to the party but its folded ears make its eyes look wider/blank like actual kitties. I think its based off of a Scottish Fold, and guess what? There will be a an episode about Espurr in the newest Pokemon Anime coming out this month but sadly it won't be dubbed in the U.S for a while.
( I'm surprised half of the da community that just draws cats all day missed that. XD)

It's soooo true.Β They keep that face but you know that tail is being happy for them when you give them a puff or rub that fluffy tummy.Β So far, my favorite Gen 6 pokemon.
