Paranormal detective Kilian Seville was investigating a ghostly sighting in an old abandoned mansion, when suddenly he found himself man-handled by the grip of an invisible assailant. Unable to fight back, he was dragged to a room and chained to the wall using some old-fashioned manacles. Disheveled but still level-headed, he started to ask the invisible attacker his standard questions. "Are you an apparition? I mean no harm, I'm here to investigate." It quickly became clear that the attacker was not open to his words as a thick cloth was jammed into his mouth, followed by another to keep the first in place. A feeling of coldness washed over Kilian all and once, and it felt like hands were sliding inside of him and taking hold of his mind. His body became blazing hot and freezing cold at the same time, and began to sputter and shake, warm sweat gathering on his body as he stiffened entirely.
