Well, Lappy doesn't like to lose, so he's bound Alodo to the ground, and brought Lockie into this to support his weight... literally. I don't think Lockie supports this decision though.

And though it's a bit more simple than the last one you gave him, I really like the lil' rubbery outfit you put him in here. Ya made him all latexy catsuity jackety suity~... hits all the right marks I'd say. =w=
Plus, not sure if you intended that, but I feel he's just looking cute as all hell looking up from his unfortunate predicament there. Really adds to the feel of helplessness, as he just tugs on his leashes to no avail~.
By the way, here's a fun fact: You are the second person (me not counted) to ever give Lockie some artsy love. Guy doesn't really get a lot of that. Which is probably because I don't really give him much screentime in the first place. =w=' So that's something interesting for me to see right now. And yeah, you hit his design spot on! Very nice~

Honestly, when you said you needed latex practice, I had to look at your gallery to confirm. Cause I didn't even realize how it's only as of recent that you're introducing this stuff to your gallery more frequently. =w=' Huh...
Hm... well, for what it's worth coming from me, it all looks pretty good already. I'd maybe be a bit more aggressive on adding more focus points to it, so it all looks a bit more shiny, but I fear that I'd just be talking out of personal preference there. (And honestly, I shouldn't give advice on this too much either way, cause I usually just do whatever I feel looks okayish, twisting the basic ruleset on a per-case basis. =~=' Not exactly the kind of stuff a professional artist would feel comfortable with I'd imagine.)
And yeah, you ran into a bit of an in-joke I got going on there. =w=' Lockie rarely ever shows up in non-chibi style.
The only picture I can think of, in which I actually included his eye color, would be this one: Shy Lockie in a Straitsuit
And even there, you can only barely make it out, with the visor blocking it a bit, but his irises are supposed to be gray.
Aka, what essentially results in black irises after shading anyway, so you were actually spot-on in making his eyes black here. =w='

Lol, yeah, latex is new to me. I tend to go crazy with accessories when I DO use it, because just a single, skin-tight body suit isn't really my thing. I like me some texture and some layers~ I'm warming up to incorporating it into more drawings though, just with my own little swing. I feel like any advice at this point for me is helpful XD I usually look at other pictures of latex stuff to try and get the proper effect.
Ah yes, I actually tried to make out the eye colour from that pic, but I didn't know if it was black, gray, or like a really deep dusty blue. So I stuck to the usual Lockie way~ XD

Really though. Without some bondagey goodies to it, a catsuit is really just a flashier piece of clothing.
But yeah, just seeking through other people's shinier pieces of art might be just about the best way to go there. =w=' People have developed so many different solutions to this same problem over the years, it's kinda ridiculous.
Me included, cause doing actual "correct" latex shading, in terms of realism, seems like writing a 300 page essay to me. The level of reflection awareness required to achieve that in any given situation is just beyond anything I'd ever want to achieve. Just seems way too much of a hassle for what it's worth in the end.
