Ruby from RWBY. Done more or less as a tribute to the show's creator Monty Oum. I know he has been an inspiration to many and it is just so sad to see such a hard working, creative individual leave us so soon. He continues to be surely missed.Related content

It's sort of ironic how Ruby has failed time and again at stopping bad things from happening. Really makes me wonder is Ruby is gonna become the 'Agent texas' of RWBY where no matter how fast she is, no matter how hard she fights, she is going to fail in the end.

I hope in Volume 4 we get to see a more vengeful and pissed off side of Ruby if the situation ever gets intense for her. I mean even the most sweetest and innocent character has to have a dark side in them. And I think your pic displays it greatly of what's come in Volume 4. Nice job.

Thank you. I spent a long time on trying to figure out how I would do the 'silver eyes.' I wan't something that didn't follow the traditional "glowing eyes" cliche.

If maiden powers made someone a borderline goddess Amber would have fried Cinder's ass before hand, and the fact the only way both her and Ruby would still be around is that Cinder ran implies Silver eye powers > Fall Maiden powers.
Besides Cinder isn't the big bad, she's the big bad's hired help and Ruby is the main character so its not going end well for Cinder.

Honestly, in my opinion, everyone on Team JNPR is a dead man walking. The characters they're based on didn't just cross dress in their respective stories, they also died. Pyrrha, being based on Achilles, was simply the first to go. Joan of Arc, Jaune's inspiration, was burned at the stake by the Cardinal of Winchester, Cardin's inspiration. Mulan, Lie Ren's inspiration, committed suicide after she was discovered and forced to serve as a concubine. And Thor, Nora's inspiration, died after getting bitten by the Midgard Serpent before killing the beast and waking nine steps away before the venom kicked in and killed him. Based on this, I think I figured out what could possibly happen in later Volumes. Then again, it's still only a theory.
